office had a sewage backup in the utility closet where the HVAC and Water Heater are housed. There is also a PVC uncapped pipe protruding from the concrete floor whereby sewage overflowed due to another toilet in another unit in the building.
Called Andrew at Spalding Decon and he came out to access the mess. Fortunately it was contained to that last treatment room. He and an employee returned the following day to clean and disinfect.
They got everything so clean we didn’t realize that this had been an ongoing thing prior to our moving into this unit.
It was a very educational visit as well learning about all the services they provide for cleanup and decontamination for various reasons.
